Our gindara (oilfish), bandeng (milkfish), tuna, and marlin are sourced from diverse local regions of Indonesia. All of our smoked fish are carefully trimmed, dry salted, followed by slow cold-smoking process for salmon, gindara (oilfish), tuna, marlin and hot-smoking process for bandeng (milkfish). We use natural smoke from maple and fruit trees wood to bring out wonderful aromatic fragrance and delicate flavor resulting in a delectable delicacy for you.
